Description

You will lead quality assurance efforts across the software lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Automate functional and API tests using specified tools.
• Test IVR, Live Chat, Web, and Mobile applications.
• Trace defects across multiple integrated systems.
• Manage testing processes, including UAT and data management.
• Communicate technical issues clearly and manage stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in QA.
• Proficiency in functional testing automation using Selenium, Java, Cucumber, or Python.
• Experience with API test automation using Rest Assured, SoapUI, or Postman.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with defect management using Jira.
• Knowledge of version control using Bit Bucket.
• Experience with tools like Confluence and qTest.
• Understanding of contact center operations and digital banking workflows.
