Lead testing efforts for application and backend systems integration, ensuring end-to-end business process coverage.

Responsibilities

• Develop test strategies, methodologies, and standard processes by analyzing business requirements for testability and traceability.
• Define testing scope and approach, including test data management, in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Drive the creation, adoption, and implementation of automation suites to accelerate regression validation during code deployments.
• Lead application QA teams through SIT execution, monitoring processes and inspecting outcomes to meet business quality standards.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in Test Lead roles driving Application and Backend Systems Integration Testing.
• 6+ years of experience leading automation testing teams using open-source tools.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium using Java.
• Deep knowledge of DynamoDB and database testing.
• Proficiency with Jenkins for continuous integration and Sonarqube for code coverage.
• Experience with test management tools including Jira and Zephyr.
• Ability to manage offshore QA team members.
