Description

You will lead QA activities for Salesforce applications, overseeing functional testing and Playwright-based automation across multiple releases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for Salesforce applications, validating workflows and data integrity.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines.
• Coordinate with offshore teams for test planning, execution, and defect triage while managing regression windows.
• Define and track QA KPIs including coverage, defect leakage, and automation ROI.
• Provide status reports to stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of releases.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in QA, with leadership capabilities for distributed teams.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, specifically Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright for web automation.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript for writing test scripts.
• Experience with API testing and SQL for data validation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Azure DevOps.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certification (Admin or QA-related).
• Experience with other automation tools like Selenium or Cypress.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and integration testing.
