Lead QA strategy and automation architecture for web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of 2-3 QA Engineers.
• Research and select tools and technologies for the testing environment.
• Establish QA processes and best practices within the current environment.
• Design and lead the development of the test automation framework.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional QA experience testing web-based applications.
• Proven experience architecting and developing test automation frameworks.
• Experience leading a small technical team.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent relevant work experience.
