Description

Own the test strategy, compliance demonstration, and defect resolution for the fare transformation system.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead test strategy by balancing coverage, quality, and project schedules.
• Manage the compliance matrix to track progress against over 7,000 contractual requirements.
• Oversee vendor test development, script reviews, and execution witnessing.
• Manage defect handling, including reporting, prioritization, tracking, and resolution validation.
• Communicate technical issues and operational impacts to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, vendor management, or technology implementation.
• Experience developing, implementing, and overseeing test plans and reports.
• Proven ability to interpret rules, regulations, contracts, and technical requirements.
• Experience with Jira, Slack, Asana, or Basecamp.
• Ability to manage testing across hardware, mobile apps, APIs, and payment technologies.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Experience managing vendor accountability for lab hardware and software availability.

Preferred Skills

• Experience conducting ad hoc testing independently in both lab and field environments.
