You will lead quality assurance operations within an aerospace manufacturing environment, ensuring product compliance and process integrity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve the First Article Inspection (FAI) process.
• Prepare detailed inspection plans to ensure product compliance.
• Review CMM/CMS reports and populate results on FAIRs.
• Manage personnel and lead teams across diverse, multicultural environments.
• Analyze technical problems to implement creative, effective solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of quality assurance experience.
• 5+ years of experience as an Aerospace Quality Manager.
• Expertise in AS9100, AS9102, D6-51991, and ASME 14.5:2018 standards.
• Advanced GD&T and blueprint reading skills.
• Proficiency in metrology using calipers, micrometers, presses, scales, and compression gauges.
• Strong understanding of MSA and Gage R&R.
• Certification by the American Society of Quality.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced mathematical skills and PC proficiency.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in build-to-print manufacturing environments.
• Technical coursework in GD&T and AS9102 application.
• Knowledge of elastomers.
