Description

You will lead enterprise quality assurance functions, managing resources across onsite and offshore teams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate QA resources across onsite and offshore models.
• Implement and maintain QA automation frameworks.
• Review key metrics, KPIs, and risks to drive process improvements.
• Provide governance updates and status reports on QA activities.
• Manage vendor engagement and develop ideas to use AI for cost reduction.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise quality assurance.
• 3+ years in a managerial capacity.
• Proven experience managing large onshore and offshore testing teams.
• In-depth knowledge of testing principles and defect management.
• Expertise using Selenium for automation testing.
• Strong verbal and communication skills.
