Description

Lead the QA team and define testing strategy for software products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and delegate tasks to a team of QA engineers.
• Develop and implement QA strategies, policies, and testing standards.
• Design and implement scalable automated test suites using Java and Selenium.
• Oversee the creation and execution of manual and automated test cases.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to measure product quality and drive process improvements.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on automation.
• Strong proficiency in Java programming.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver.
• Deep understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven track record of managing QA teams.

Preferred Skills

• ISTQB certification.
• CSTE certification.
