Description

Lead testing strategy, execution, and team management for project releases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop QA plans, Master Test Plans, and overall test strategies.
• Manage capacity planning, task allocation, and progress reporting.
• Direct defect triage and provide root cause analysis in leadership meetings.
• Review test scenarios to ensure traceability across exhaustive test cases.
• Mentor team members and implement process improvements using new tools.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of testing experience, including 4+ years in a management role.
• Deep expertise in STLC and testing types: Functional, System, Integration, UAT, End-to-End, Regression, Performance, and Security.
• Strong background in Automation testing.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency with Continuous Integration tools including Git and Jenkins.
• Ability to perform test estimation and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of tools such as Testproject.io, CrossBrowserTesting, or BrowserStack.
