Description

Lead end-to-end test management for applications and peripheral systems, covering manual, automation, and non-functional testing.

Responsibilities

• Define test plan strategies and methodologies for in-scope systems.
• Manage a team of 25+ members across geographical locations and clients.
• Create schedules, assign tasks, track progress, and conduct periodic reviews to ensure 100% coverage.
• Collaborate with technical architecture teams to align testing approaches with solutions and industry best practices.
• Mentor team leads and prospective managers to build organizational testing capability.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in testing with prior test management experience.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium and BDD automation testing.
• Proficiency with test management tools including DevAzure, Jira, Rally, or HP ALM.
• Deep knowledge of the Insurance domain and Duck Creek Policy Management.
• Strong understanding of Agile Scrum and iterative software development models.
• Experience performing non-functional testing, including performance benchmarking and security requirement validation.
• Proven ability to manage front-facing customer relationships and communicate with stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience identifying risks and dependencies between system streams.
• Ability to report metrics via executive scorecards and trending reports.
