Description

You will provide technical and project leadership for all testing and quality assurance tasks within application development projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate functional, integration, regression, load, performance, and user acceptance testing within the SURE Test environment.
• Develop and deploy quality assurance standards and processes to support application development.
• Construct and maintain test cases, test data scripts, and test diagrams.
• Develop and deploy automated test scripts and perform automated load and performance tests according to test plans.
• Manage testing schedules, environment inventories, and project progress reporting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance and testing leadership.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Test Manager Suite.
• Experience with SOAP UI and Load UI.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with LDAP.
• Experience using Adobe RoboHelp.
• Ability to work within Agile methodologies.
• Strong technical communication and project reporting skills.

Preferred Skills

• Mentor and train staff while providing knowledge transfer to designated personnel.
• Identify and resolve risks affecting the Test and Application Teams, developing contingency plans as necessary.
