Lead the applications testing team to establish quality assurance standards and coordinate cross-development activities in Harrisburg, PA.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and project leadership for all testing, quality assurance tasks, and test team processes.
• Coordinate functional, integration, regression, load/performance, and user acceptance testing within the SURE Test environment.
• Construct and maintain test cases, test data scripts, test diagrams, and testing environment inventories.
• Develop and deploy QA standards, processes, and entry/exit criteria to support application development.
• Mentor and train staff while providing knowledge transfer and detailed desk manuals for work transitions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in quality assurance and testing leadership.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Test Manager.
• Experience with Soap UI- Ready API.
• Hands-on expertise in Load UI and load testing.
• Strong SQL Server skills.
• Experience working with LDAP.
• Ability to use Adobe RoboHelp.
• Experience managing testing schedules and reporting test results.
