Description

You will lead quality engineering efforts, overseeing test architecture, strategy, and execution across the project portfolio.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define overall testing strategies, including test design, coverage, and quality criteria.
• Execute TC0E activities including UAT coordination, test environment management, and test data setup.
• Lead defect management, triaging, and root cause analysis processes.
• Manage test estimations for manual, automation, and performance testing for new projects.
• Mentor junior associates and resolve technical or priority conflicts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in quality engineering or SDET leadership.
• Hands-on expertise in Core Java and Selenium WebDriver.
• Proficiency in API test automation for RESTful and SOAP services.
• Experience with Python and mobile test automation using Appium and Bitbar.
• Proven ability to create and customize test automation frameworks.
• Experience implementing Selenium Grid for parallel execution.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and continuous testing implementations.
• Experience with Azure Stack and browser stacks such as Sauce Labs.
• Background in healthcare business domain and medical device testing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Zephyr for test management.
