Description

Lead QA strategy, team operations, and test automation to ensure product quality across the full software development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate QA efforts, defining vision, goals, and KPIs for the team.
• Lead the development of testing strategies for functional, integration, regression, stress, performance, API, and end-to-end testing.
• Implement and lead test automation for APIs, UI, and performance testing using Playwright and JMeter.
• Collaborate with Product, Project Management, and Development teams within an Agile environment.
• Oversee resource planning, capacity management, and adherence to Agile principles across Scrum teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in a QA management role leading high-performing teams.
• 10+ years of hands-on testing experience.
• Proficiency with JMeter and Playwright for automation and performance testing.
• Experience with test automation and CI/CD implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and the full SDLC.
• Proven ability to create and execute functional test plans and test cases.
• Expertise in managing multiple projects, timelines, and QA tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
