Key Responsibilities 

Quality Leadership & Strategy 

Define QA strategy aligned with SDLC 

Lead QA lifecycle across releases 

Ensure data accuracy for BFSI/taxation systems 

Automation & Transformation 

Drive automation strategy from scratch 

Automate repetitive QA tasks (data comparison, regression) 

Implement web automation frameworks 

Improve QA efficiency through tools and scripting 

Team Leadership & Management 

Lead and mentor QA team members 

Drive performance and skill development 

Build quality-first engineering culture 

Release Ownership & Governance 

Act as Quality Gatekeeper for all releases 

Own release sign-off and quality benchmarks 

Ensure minimal defect leakage 

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration 

Work closely with Product Management, Client Engagement, and Development teams 

Communicate QA status, risks, and metrics clearly 

Act as single point of contact for QA 

Data Validation & Analysis 

Lead data reconciliation and validation 

Ensure accuracy in high-volume data systems 

GenAI & Intelligent QA 

Use GenAI tools (Copilot, Claude, Codex) for QA automation 

Improve workflows using AI-assisted approaches 

Reporting & Governance 

Publish daily/weekly/monthly QA reports 

Track metrics like defect leakage and coverage 

Required Skills & Experience 

QA experience 

Strong data testing and validation expertise 

Automation experience 

Web automation tools experience 

Leadership and stakeholder management 

Strong communication skills 

Experience as release gatekeeper 

Experience with GenAI tools 

Education Qualification (Mandatory) 

B.E./B.Tech (CS/IT) or MCA 

Certifications (Good to Have) 

ISTQB / CSQA / Agile certifications 

Automation certifications 

GenAI tools experience (Copilot, Claude, Codex)
