Description

You will lead the quality assurance strategy and framework for credit, debit, and digital payment products in Phoenix, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance the quality framework, including automation tools for multiple product specifications.
• Own the overall testing strategy, governance framework, and execution of end-to-end functional and regression testing.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to prioritize and deliver hands-free testing and monitoring tools.
• Define, track, and report quality metrics to provide actionable insights for improving quality and time-to-market.
• Drive continuous improvement across the software delivery lifecycle through automation, process, measurement, and data.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in quality management.
• Expertise in Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
• Experience with Quality Auditing and Quality Management processes.
• Ability to envision and define capabilities for automation tools.
• Proven track record of driving quality through automation and strategic direction.
• Experience collaborating with business and technology partners to execute quality controls.
• Any Graduate degree.
