Description

You will lead a team of SDET engineers in building and executing automated testing infrastructure across multiple products.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of SDET engineers to maintain high output volume.
• Design and implement automated test frameworks and tools using Java.
• Partner with infrastructure and product engineering teams to enable automated testing.
• Drive project goals by tracking status, reporting progress, and escalating risks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in QA Automation Testing.
• Strong proficiency in Java for test automation development.
• Experience with Openshift.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices.
• Proven experience in Project Management, including risk escalation and obstacle resolution.
• Ability to manage and lead SDET engineers.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
