Description

Lead the embedded QA team to ensure high-quality user experiences across web applications. You will own test strategy, integration testing, and release quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the embedded QE team.
• Manage integration and end-to-end testing for web applications.
• Review pull request feedback and coordinate test coverage.
• Oversee visual regression testing and accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA).
• Collaborate with development and product teams to validate analytics and user flows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA leadership and test strategy.
• Hands-on experience with React testing using Playwright or WebdriverIO.
• Proficiency in Applitools for visual validation.
• Deep knowledge of accessibility testing standards (WCAG 2.1 AA).
• Strong skills in analytics validation and end-to-end testing.
• Proven ability to manage team integration and pull request reviews.
• Experience with web application quality assurance.
