Description

Direct enterprise-level quality engineering strategy and frameworks for the consumer lending IT landscape.

Responsibilities

• Evolve quality strategy and execution across loan origination, servicing, data, and performance portfolios.
• Lead, mentor, and recruit QE team members, including subject matter specialists and leads.
• Govern quality engineering standards to ensure high adherence across application development and support teams.
• Manage testing resources, including capacity, tools, environments, and knowledge assets.
• Perform root cause analysis on quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA leadership or management.
• Experience managing testing departments within outsourced or managed services models.
• Proven track record delivering large, complex programs across global delivery models.
• Technical expertise in functional, regression, system, and performance testing.
• Experience managing development of automated tests, including unit, UI, and load testing.
• Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong skills in risk identification and mitigation.
• Ability to communicate technical updates and quality trends to VP and C-Suite stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating within multi-vendor, Agile environments.
