Description

You will own the quality assurance lifecycle for Business Escrow Services applications, bridging manual verification with robust automation. You design frameworks, execute tests, and drive reliability practices from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Playwright automation frameworks using JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Execute manual functional, regression, and exploratory testing, including test plan creation and case design.
• Define and report quality metrics such as defect leakage, automation coverage, pass/fail rates, and ROI.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to facilitate UAT and refine IT control enhancements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA automation and manual testing.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript for test automation.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright (Cypress or Protractor experience is acceptable).
• Intermediate to advanced .NET programming skills, including Selenium/WebDriver and RestAssured.
• Experience with C# and Python.
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code, BDD, or TDD frameworks.
• Proficiency in API testing using Postman and SoapUI.
• Database testing experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
• Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Financial Services or Banking domains.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) for test environment provisioning.
