Description

You will execute manual testing processes to ensure software quality and identify defects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write and execute detailed test cases for functional, regression, and UAT testing.
• Identify, document, and track software defects through their lifecycle.
• Communicate technical findings and quality status to non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage testing priorities and deadlines within the software development life cycle.
• Lead or mentor testing team members to achieve quality objectives.

Required Skills

• 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in manual software testing.
• Proficiency with defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or Bugzilla.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and software testing methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of automation concepts, specifically Selenium.
• Proven ability to manage priorities and solve complex technical problems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and their impact on QA.
• Exposure to performance testing or security testing.
