Focus on manual testing to ensure product quality throughout the software development life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Design and create test scripts for database impacts, software scenarios, regression, negative testing, and usability.
• Identify, analyze, and document defects with repeatable steps to ascertain their source and nature.
• Plan test schedules and strategies aligned with project scope and delivery dates.
• Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements and potential risks.
• Communicate testing status and QA metrics to stakeholders, developers, and business partners.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance.
• Experience testing web-based applications.
• Proficiency with Jira for defect tracking and management.
• Hands-on experience with regression testing, smoke testing, and data validation testing.
• Expertise in test case creation and software QA methodologies.
• Experience operating within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
