Description

Lead functional testing efforts and drive the automation strategy for software products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, execute, and report on test cases for functional testing.
• Develop and maintain test plans based on functional specifications and user stories.
• Mentor QA team members in functional testing and automation best practices.
• Implement and maintain automated test scripts to maximize coverage and efficiency.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define requirements and acceptance criteria.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a QA Functional Lead or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Manual Testing and Automation Testing.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, or TestNG.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.

Preferred Skills

• ISTQB certification.
