Description

Own verification of the PAVRMS application functionality and support stakeholders during implementation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Engage with program SMEs to verify application functionality aligns with business needs and functional design.
• Develop and perform functional and end-to-end workflow testing of PAVRMS in UAT/Staging environments.
• Identify, document, and report defects; monitor fixes, conduct retesting in UAT, and support verification testing in Production.
• Escalate potential deficiencies in Business Workflow management and provide end-user support.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in QA manual testing.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables.
• Experience with functional testing and end-to-end workflow validation.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve reported issues.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Experience documenting defects and managing retesting cycles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting applications in UAT/Staging and Production environments.
• Ability to work independently with home office connectivity.
