Description

Own end-to-end test planning, execution, and quality assurance for software applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test plans, test data, and test cases for various software components.
• Execute manual tests and troubleshoot software applications through system analysis and assessment.
• Write complex SQL queries and stored procedures to validate data integrity and application logic.
• Manage test tracking and issue reporting using HP ALM and JIRA within Agile workflows.
• Organize and implement testing efforts, ensuring firm understanding of QA concepts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in manual testing.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end test planning and execution.
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Experience using HP ALM and JIRA for test management.
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
• Strong background in system analysis, assessment, and programming.
• Experience in process planning and organizing testing efforts.
• Some automation experience is an asset.
