Description

You will own the quality assurance process for payroll applications and website projects, ensuring logic integrity and application stability through rigorous manual and automated testing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test plans, test suites, and documentation from scratch for manual and automated requirements.
• Execute manual verification of user interfaces, application logic, and navigation flows.
• Report test results and technical findings to project stakeholders and track defects in monitoring systems.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers during planning sessions to troubleshoot root causes and debug issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Manual QA Tester.
• Proven track record testing payroll applications with a strong understanding of numerical data and accuracy.
• Experience managing multiple projects, specifically payroll migrations (e.g., ADP to Workday) and website-related releases.
• Proficiency with bug tracking and CI/CD tools such as Jira, Jenkins, Testrail, or Pivotal Tracker.
• Experience working within Agile environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• 6 months of programming experience in Java, Python, or Swift.
• Experience with Selenium or other UI automation tools.
• Experience developing and executing load tests using JMeter.
