Key Responsibilities
✅ Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing for healthcare applications.
✅ Analyze business and functional requirements and create detailed test scenarios and test cases.
✅ Execute test cases, document results, identify defects, and track issues through resolution.
✅ Perform SQL-based backend and data validation to verify accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
✅ Conduct approximately 20% automation testing using appropriate automation tools and frameworks.
✅ Perform regression testing for application enhancements, fixes, and new releases.
✅ Validate healthcare workflows and business processes.
✅ Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and QA teams.
✅ Participate in defect triage and provide detailed defect analysis and supporting evidence.
✅ Support UAT activities and assist business users with test execution and issue resolution.
✅ Maintain test plans, test cases, execution results, defect reports, and QA documentation.
✅ Perform root-cause analysis for recurring defects and contribute to continuous quality improvements.

✔️ Agile/Scrum experience
