Manage manual and automated testing processes to ensure software quality across the development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test cases, plans, and automation scripts.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools.
• Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams to refine testing requirements and processes.
• Analyze complex technical issues to provide effective problem-solving solutions.
• Apply software testing methodologies throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software testing.
• Proficiency in both manual and automation testing.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium.
• Experience using JUnit or TestNG.
• Coding proficiency in Python or Java for automation purposes.
• Experience with JIRA or TestRail for bug tracking and test management.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
