Description

You will support production stability and manage major incidents within an equities and electronic trading environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive resolution for front office issues and queries by interacting directly with business groups.
• Monitor and troubleshoot batch jobs, application performance, and system issues.
• Perform root cause analysis to minimize recurring application support problems.
• Execute database scripts for ad-hoc reporting and user requests.
• Parse and analyze data feeds while performing error checking.
• Participate in quarterly maintenance windows and disaster recovery rehearsals.
• Manage incidents, problems, changes, and knowledge documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Strong experience with Linux and Bash shell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with the Robot framework.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management (Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge management).
• Experience in direct business integration or front office environments.
• Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments.
• Any Graduate degree.
