Description

Design and execute performance testing strategies to identify bottlenecks and ensure system scalability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive performance test plans, scripts, scenarios, and analysis reports.
• Execute load, stress, volume, and soak/endurance testing to validate system stability.
• Perform load modeling to accurately reflect real-world business usage.
• Analyze web, database, and application server logs to pinpoint performance bottlenecks.
• Investigate Java thread dumps to identify root causes for CPU spikes, scaling issues, and application slowness.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in performance testing.
• Expert-level proficiency in JMeter or K6.
• Hands-on experience with LoadRunner.
• Proven ability to create and enhance scripts using correlation, parameterization, debugging, and test checkpoints.
• Strong technical skills in Java and SQL.
• Experience performing deep-dive analysis on application performance and resource utilization.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Perfmon, Performance Center, or SQL Profiler.
