Description

You will own the performance testing lifecycle for our software.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance test plans, cases, and scripts using JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Conduct Load, Stress, Scalability, and Endurance testing for web applications and REST APIs.
• Monitor application performance, analyze results, and identify bottlenecks for system improvements.
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to troubleshoot issues and implement optimizations.
• Document processes, test results, and issues found during testing clearly and concisely.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in performance testing.
• Strong expertise in JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Hands-on experience testing REST APIs and understanding web technologies.
• Ability to perform Load, Stress, Scalability, and Endurance testing.
• Familiarity with performance metrics and optimization best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
