You will ensure tax applications are secure, scalable, and high performing through rigorous testing and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
• Lead performance optimization efforts by directing component owners across network, database, and server OS teams.
• Analyze application performance characteristics using profiling tools to identify and troubleshoot bottlenecks.
• Conduct deep-dive performance troubleshooting, including heap dump and thread dump analysis.
• Process test results, compile statistical data, and report defects or errors.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in performance testing, API testing, and developing functional test strategies.
• 5+ years of experience with Apache JMeter, AppDynamics, and ReadyAPI.
• 5+ years of experience using profiling tools like Dynatrace or AppDynamics to define performance characteristics.
• 5+ years of experience in performance troubleshooting, specifically heap dump and thread dump analysis.
• 5+ years of experience with JVM settings and performance best practices.
• 3+ years of experience with Jira, SQL, and MS Office.
• Proficiency with SoapUI, Postman, Git, BitBucket, and testing modern web and mobile frameworks.
• Ability to draft quality assurance standards, policies, and procedures.
