You will own load, stress, and performance testing for software applications, ensuring benchmarks are met through rigorous strategies and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Review business, design, and functional requirements to create performance test plans and scenarios.
• Develop and execute load test scripts, including bottleneck, baseline, scalability, and breakpoint tests.
• Set up performance monitoring tools and evaluate measurement data to analyze test results.
• Collaborate with project teams to diagnose and resolve performance-related issues.
• Coordinate testing activities and deliverables to align with software performance goals and timelines.

Required Skills

• 1+ year of experience with business procedures and project leadership.
• 1+ year of experience with audit processes and corrective action.
• Proven experience performing baseline and scalability testing.
• Strong analytical, research, and documentation skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work within business procedures and audit frameworks.
