Description

You will lead the testing strategy and execution for the program.

Responsibilities

• Implement the program testing strategy and provide oversight for all testing activities.
• Drive the completion of test deliverables according to established schedules.
• Manage test environment usage and oversee testing-related communications.
• Identify, manage, and resolve risks, escalating them to project leadership as needed.
• Provide QA estimates, resource allocation plans, and reporting on overall testing efforts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in testing and QA leadership roles.
• Proven ability to implement testing strategies at a program level.
• Experience managing test deliverables and adhering to process standards.
• Strong capability in resource planning and QA estimation.
• Experience in risk management and escalation within a project framework.
• Ability to assist onsite leads with planning and reporting activities.
• Any Graduate degree.
