Description

You will design and implement the end-to-end QA methodologies and automated testing frameworks used across the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and enhance QA workflows, standards, and procedures to align with business objectives.
• Build and maintain automated testing frameworks and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
• Define quality standards, metrics, and best practices for both product quality and team performance.
• Oversee the execution of manual and automated test cases while managing defect tracking and root cause analysis.
• Communicate QA progress, risks, and performance bottlenecks to senior management and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA architecture or process design.
• Proficiency with Selenium for automation testing.
• Experience using JUnit and TestNG frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with performance testing tools including JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD tools, specifically Jenkins.
• Ability to integrate automated tests into continuous testing pipelines.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
