You will manage and drive complex software quality programs across multiple teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-team QA programs within the BFSI sector.
• Design and own automation testing frameworks, coding standards, and coverage strategies across UI, API, and data layers.
• Provide production support, including hands-on debugging using SQL, logs, and API calls.
• Manage stakeholder communication, executive reporting, and vendor relations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in software quality, with 5+ years leading QA programs in BFSI.
• Proven automation testing leadership experience.
• Strong banking domain experience and familiarity with core banking/payments ecosystems.
• Hands-on technical skills including SQL and Java coding experience.
• Experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows.
• Proficiency with test reporting and observability tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
