Description

Lead the quality assurance team and oversee the end-to-end testing lifecycle to ensure timely software delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall test strategy, including creation and review of test plans, schedules, designs, and scripts.
• Coordinate with developers, testers, and stakeholders to integrate quality processes throughout the development lifecycle.
• Perform resource planning, utilization tracking, and timeline estimation.
• Identify testing risks and constraints, developing and executing mitigation strategies.
• Establish and enforce quality standards, policies, and procedures while reporting defects and metrics to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in quality assurance.
• At least 5 years in a Project Manager or QA Manager role.
• Proven experience defining end-to-end testing strategies, including planning, reporting, and defect tracking.
• Deep understanding of Test Management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience managing project lifecycles from a QA perspective using various project management approaches.
• Proficiency with Microsoft programs, specifically Azure.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
• Experience with Salesforce.
