Description

You will engineer and validate prompts for AI models while owning the functional testing lifecycle. You combine systematic debugging with prompt design to ensure reliable model behavior.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design effective prompts for various personas, tasks, schemas, and models.
• Implement few-shot and zero-shot learning techniques to guide model behaviors.
• Integrate prompts with APIs, databases, and external tools.
• Conduct systematic debugging, log analysis, and performance profiling.
• Manage incident response and defect tracking processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in functional testing and SDLC/STLC.
• 2+ years of prompt engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Jira, Qtest, and Merlin.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium and WebdriverIO.
• Strong skills in systematic debugging and log analysis.
• Experience with performance profiling.
