Description

You will provide quality assurance oversight for large-scale IT projects on-site in Lacey, Washington.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA activities in alignment with the Minimum Project Quality Assurance Activities Standard.
• Execute quality assurance processes on projects with a planned spend of $2 million or more.
• Manage project quality risks for complex information technology initiatives.

Required Skills

• Six years of recent experience performing QA activities on projects with a total planned spend of $2 million or more.
• Alternative experience combining QA and Project Management roles totaling six years within the last decade.
• Proven ability to perform QA activities as defined by the Minimum Project Quality Assurance Activities Standard.
• Experience as a lead or deputy project manager on IT projects of significant size, risk, and complexity.

Preferred Skills

• More than six years of recent experience on projects with a planned spend of $5 million or more.
• Previous public sector project management experience on multiple large-scale projects.
• At least one year of experience performing QA activities on projects under OCIO oversight.
