Description

You will own the quality assurance and test automation strategy for cloud-based distributed systems and networking infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and maintain test automation frameworks and infrastructure for cloud applications using Python.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases for complex cloud architectures and networking protocols.
• Implement manual and automated testing workflows within CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, and Gerrit.
• Mentor team members in Agile/Scrum environments and drive quality initiatives across distributed systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience testing cloud applications, distributed systems, and networking in virtualized or on-prem environments.
• Strong hands-on Python coding skills for test automation and framework development.
• Experience with UI automation using Selenium and CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Git.
• Deep understanding of networking protocols including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VLANs.
• Proficiency with DevOps and test infrastructure tools such as JIRA, Gerrit, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with containerization and virtualization technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, ESXi, and Xen.
• Knowledge of observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and the ELK stack for monitoring and logging.
