Description

You will manage quality assurance and validation for telecom billing and mediation applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive testing of CSGI Singleview Billing and CSGI Intermediate Mediation applications.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to identify defects.
• Utilize Unix and SQL to manage and validate test data.
• Document and track defects, collaborating with developers to ensure timely resolution.
• Provide feedback on design and implementation to development teams.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3.5 years of experience with CSGI Singleview Billing application.
• Minimum 3.5 years of experience with CSGI Intermediate Mediation application.
• Proficiency in Unix.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with both CSGI Singleview Billing and CSGI Intermediate Mediation applications.
