Description

Own manual testing for the new customer portal that automates order placement. Validate website functionality and user flows to ensure order automation works as intended.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing on the web portal to verify order automation logic.
• Validate website functionality and complex user flows.
• Identify, reproduce, and document defects within the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure the portal meets all requirements.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in quality assurance.
• Proven experience with website testing and user flow validation.
• Experience using Azure DevOps for defect tracking and work item management.
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate status.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
