Description

You will lead quality assurance efforts for Salesforce applications, overseeing test strategy and end-to-end delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute test plans for functional, regression, integration, and automation testing.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, WebdriverIO, or Cypress.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines via Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
• Manage defect tracking and reporting using JIRA and qTest.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to enforce quality standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software quality assurance and automation.
• Strong expertise in testing Salesforce applications.
• Proficiency in Selenium, WebdriverIO, or Playwright for UI automation.
• Programming skills in Java or JavaScript.
• Experience with API testing using Postman or REST Assured.
• CI/CD integration experience with Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with cloud testing platforms like Sauce Labs or BrowserStack.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Domain knowledge in Insurance, Banking, or CRM sectors.
