Description

We’re looking for an experienced QA professional to join an enterprise technology transformation program involving Salesforce/Fonteva and multiple connected platforms.

This is not a Salesforce Developer role and not a UI-only QA role. We’re looking for someone who can think beyond individual screens and validate complete business workflows, integrations, data flows, and downstream impacts.

What you’ll work on

• End-to-end testing of Salesforce/Fonteva workflows including membership, joining, renewals, billing, payments and member status
• Functional validation of Salesforce configuration and business rules
• Testing integrations across REST/SOAP APIs, identity, marketing, web, reporting, payments and middleware
• API testing using Postman or equivalent tools
• Validation of payloads, field mappings, authentication, retries, error handling and reconciliation
• Data migration/conversion testing and source-to-target reconciliation
• Salesforce sandbox refresh and release validation
• Risk-based regression and smoke testing
• Defect triage with clear evidence, reproduction steps and expected vs. actual results
• Creation of reusable QA assets such as test matrices, Postman collections, regression checklists and runbooks

What we’re looking for

• 5–8+ years of QA experience
• Strong experience testing Salesforce implementations and/or complex integrated applications
• Hands-on API testing experience with REST & SOAP
• Experience working with Salesforce environments and sandboxes
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business workflows and system integrations
• Experience validating field mappings, permissions, status transitions and downstream data
• Strong defect triage and stakeholder communication skills
• Solid QA fundamentals including test planning, risk-based testing and regression testing

Good to have

• Fonteva or Salesforce managed package experience
• Salesforce Flows, validation rules, profiles/permission sets, record types, reports & Lightning Experience
• Salesforce data migration/conversion experience
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud integration experience
• Stripe/payment integration testing
• MuleSoft or similar middleware experience
• Salesforce deployment/CI-CD experience
• Splunk or similar monitoring/logging tools
• API regression or data-validation automation experience
