Description

You own quality assurance across the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities

• Review and test all Salesforce modules including Sales, Marketing, Service, Field Service, Contracts, Finance, and CPQ to ensure quality delivery.
• Plan testing and resolve issues by collaborating with IT managers, QA team, developers, and project managers.
• Check data security setup covering sharing rules, roles, reports, dashboards, objects, workflows, and approvals.
• Create and execute manual and automation test plans, scripts, and cases, tracking defects to closure.
• Perform functional, regression, usability, UAT, smoke, and mobile app testing.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce QA testing.
• 6+ years of experience in enterprise IT.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce testing practices, methods, and platform limitations.
• Proficiency with Apex test classes and Salesforce debug logs.
• Experience with system integration testing and API testing.
• Familiarity with regression frameworks and automation tools like Selenium.
• Experience using Bitbucket Pipelines.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
