Description

You own quality assurance across the Salesforce platform, ensuring the integrity of Sales, Marketing, Service, Field Service, Contracts, Finance, and CPQ modules.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute manual and automated test plans, including functional, regression, usability, UAT, smoke, and mobile app testing.
• Review and validate data security configurations, including sharing rules, roles, reports, dashboards, objects, workflows, and approvals.
• Track defects to closure and collaborate with IT managers, developers, and project managers to resolve issues.
• Perform system integration and API testing to ensure seamless connectivity between Salesforce and external systems.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce QA testing.
• 6+ years of experience in enterprise IT environments.
• Proficiency with Apex test classes and analyzing Salesforce debug logs.
• Experience with automation tools like Selenium and familiarity with regression frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce testing practices, methods, and platform limitations.
• Experience using Bitbucket Pipelines for CI/CD workflows.
