Description

You will test, analyze scan results, report, and assist in remediating security vulnerabilities within the QA process.

Responsibilities

• Perform automated security testing and manually validate results and configurations.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders to create detailed test plans and cases anticipating vulnerabilities.
• Conduct security testing using automated tools, validating results with manual configuration checks.
• Troubleshoot identified issues and collaborate with development, infrastructure, and SecOps for remediation.
• Perform exploratory tests on target applications and systems to expose vulnerabilities.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience performing security testing across OS, Database, Network, Web, and Mobile Applications.
• Hands-on experience with security testing tools including Fortify, SonarQube, Appscan, Whitehat Sentinel.
• Understanding of OWASP TOP 10 and software Quality Assurance within CI/CD processes.
• Proficiency with cloud services such as OpenShift, Azure, and AWS.
• Experience with modern JS frameworks like React and Angular.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL DBMS technologies.
• Ability to analyze technical requirements and extrapolate comprehensive test strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Security, or related field.
