Description

Design and execute automation testing frameworks for web and API services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation test scripts using Selenium, Cucumber, and RestAssured.
• Perform API testing using Postman, SOAP UI, or Advanced REST client.
• Write and validate functional test cases based on requirements.
• Troubleshoot, dry run, and resolve issues in automation scripts.
• Execute automated tests, generate reports, and track defects in JIRA.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in test automation.
• Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver and Cucumber BDD.
• Strong experience with RestAssured for API automation.
• Hands-on API testing tools: Postman, SOAP UI, or Advanced REST client.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and version control with Git.
• Proficiency in SQL for database testing and writing complex queries.
• Familiarity with Autosys for job scheduling.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of UFT and VBScript.
