Description

You will own end-to-end quality assurance for client applications, leading test strategies and automation efforts.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies aligned with SDLC standards.
• Build and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium, UFT, and TOSCA.
• Validate REST services and APIs using Postman and SoapUI.
• Analyze testing metrics to identify problem areas and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with offshore, nearshore, and onsite teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of IT experience in testing and quality assurance.
• Proficiency in Selenium, UFT, and TOSCA for test automation.
• Experience with HP ALM for test management and tracking.
• Strong SQL skills with Oracle or SQL Server databases.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git or Bitbucket.
• Experience with Postman and SoapUI for API testing.
• Ability to lead hybrid teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• BS/BA or MBA/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in the financial sector.
• Knowledge of AWS and cloud infrastructure.
