Description

Lead automation strategy and test execution using Selenium and Java.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement test automation strategies and maintenance plans for automated scripts.
• Identify high-impact test cases for automation and build environment-specific suites for DEV, UAT, QAT, and PRE-PROD.
• Manage the defect management process and conduct regression testing to handle system changes.
• Develop testing data management plans and publish execution results for release planning.
• Serve as an escalation point for senior staff regarding automated test script development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience using Selenium for automated testing.
• Strong proficiency in Java.
• Experience designing test planning and sprint planning documentation.
• Proven ability to configure automated tools to integrate with application life cycle management tools.
• Experience building test suites across DEV, UAT, QAT, and PRE-PROD environments.
• Expertise in managing defect lifecycles and regression testing workflows.
• Ability to create and maintain automated script standards.
